Each order is carefully prepared and packaged from our studio in the Netherlands.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship worldwide to selected countries using PostNL and trusted local delivery partners.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

MARUNNE cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
